Not at the point that the FBI got involved. Everybody was enamored with the success the screaming bunnies had against Manual Noriega and the Papal Nuncio, though. The military does have some experience in these matters, I guess.

They didn't want just Koresh. They needed all of them. I'm not sayig whether or not it was right. Most don't realize the reason they went in on Waco was they had started building bombs. That scared the Justice Department.
