The probability of fans falling off of CPU's is infinitesimally small. I asked my companies PC Help desk in the main office and they have NEVER heard of any PC's fan falling off, and that includes thousands of PC's over 15 years.

The whole Tomshardware fan video was pure Intel FUD.
