No. I just tried to think about who I thought he would pick. I don't know Jeff personally but my guess was he would have picked the bears. The alternative is to give him an automatic loss so I guess I thought this was the better way. Also I would contend that these teams are pretty well matched. Both defenses are playing well, neither team had a GREAT QB, I'd give the edge to Chicago in the running game but overall I think its pretty even. So when all things are equal logic says go with the home team. The only reason I'm picking the Browns is because I think the law of averages is going to catch up with the bears.
