Okay, I don't know what rich is. But during the republican convention, a CNN analyst said, one in four delegates would be ahead by $50,000 with Bush's tax proposals. I guess, what I really meant was Clinton wasn't so brazen about giving tax breaks as Bush is. And I see tax breaks as really benefiting people with 100s of millons of dollars. I don't see the average joe benefitting by tax breaks, or at least I don't see the economy improving as result of tax breaks. Republican's fought Clinton on his tax increases saying he'd ruin the economy, but it didn't, did it.
