Yeah, the time share presentations take getting used to. It is a good way of seeing all the resorts (lot of stuff going on north end of town). We made friends with one of the street vendors and got him to set up the thing when we wanted to see something. He got his commission, we got the maximun "gift", and of course he spent time personally helping us (buying beer at the Pacifico plant, the land route to stone island, this and that)

Oh, I forgot...You would not likely see any women there (Regis)--just men, fairly poor but with enough for the price of a drink. But with two couples it seemed to work out fine. Tourists are exciting for them. They do not see and know tourists like the golden zone group.

Horse back riding north of town just before the water park (el cerritos resort).

golum and hannibal lector? What a great description!

You and Poet in the Yucatan sounds like a real adventure-gg

My only getaway this winter is a ski trip in February at Fairmont Resort, British Columbia. When this market gets me back in the boat again, I want to get down to the Lake District of England for a month some August. The years don't wait for us, do they. cya later. im off for aday.
