HG, it is not a case of political correctness... rather, it's violation of civil liberties... and while I agree with you in having no problem with being searched and questioned, the majority of people may not share the same opinion... also, when the searching and questioning affects my life adversely, like miss a flight or miss a meeting and so forth, I am sure you would agree that it would be irritating...
