Zeev,
Any opinion re INKT'S offering of 12.5 million shares as a part of its shelf registration ?
I bought it earlier at around 5 and got out of it as soon as the news became public.Now at 4.25,was thinking of getting back in.

That's interesting. I wonder what it is about KLIC's business that allows them to get away with carrying debt? That's something that front end companies avoid like the plague, presumably because cash on hand has historically proven to be the only way they can weather the huge swings in business.
