Geeze, Kenneth...Using your argument, we WOULDN'T have had stolen laptops from the State Department, and FBI spies, (i.e. Robert Hannsen) either.....but paying higher wages didn't solve the problems here....did it??????

money does not guarantee airline security. No, but it certainly helps. After September 11, the American people must know they have the safest airport and airline security possible. We cannot obtain that with low wage employees. The Republican House Bill is more of the same. After Pan Am 103, we tried to improve the present system. It didn't work. The present system has failed. Don't try to improve it. Replace it with federal personell.
