We're working through what started as a traditional business cycle downturn,
prompted by Greenspan's pre-emptive manipulation & worsened by Sept 11.

Tech stocks are recovering from the inevitable slowdown after the build-up to Year 2000. All businesses upgraded their systems in order to prevent the imagined difficulties as a result of that event. Another
tech upgrade cycle is underway.

Do you have a short-term memory deficit? Don't you remember less than a year ago your dem talking points were criticizing Bush for "Talking Down The Economy" by warning the economy was/had been faltering?

t is my opinion that the degree of the economic downturn caught the Bush administration by surprise,
