Were't you comparing customer service?

I am addressing retailing as a whole. There are no successful retailers without excellent customer service.

I admit to addressing various issues throughout various posts this year. I talked last spring about growth doubleing every 30 days. Then doubling every 7 days.

Simply, the market for on-line selling is now moving to prime time. The market now has a lot of players almost all of which are dual channel. I apparently do not explain myself well. Back in 1998 I was saying the established brick and mortar firms were not trying to capture the on-line selling because there simply was not enough customers at that time. I also was stating they would when the time is right. The time is now right and they are doing that. I would say the firm that read this the best is JCP. I did not know that back then. One would have thought it would be Wal-Mart but they did not have catalogue distribution in place. They still do not as far as I know.

Anyhow,I marking this year down as one of my finest ever from a business point of view in spite of the slower economy. On-line sales have not slowed. They are just split among far more players and they continue to grow.
