I like older homes and land is scare in the neighborhood so I don't think we would build a new one. If I added an extra frig, I'd add a small stainless steel to a small cooking area outside the house.This type of frig is on the market now. We haven't remodeled our kitchen so I can add a smaller but second microwave along with a dishwasher that could be programmed to wash the dishes when I was out of the house. I'm not interested in a soundproof room. We don't have kids. And an expensive sound system is also unnecessary.
