Only under colonialism is it ok for Turks to give away Arab territory or for British and their hired Arab representatives to give away Arab territory. If the Arabs are more long lastingly belligerent about having their land taken away then the North American natives have been, that's because they were not a tiny minority, but a majority. It isn't okay to divide up a country by regions of ethnicity. As for buying land, you and I could buy land in the Riviera; that wouldn't allow us to participate in French elections. Ownership is a property matter not a political matter.
True enough, Egypt needs assistance. The poverty there is massive. What we can do for all poor countries is 1) Stop imperialism and colonialism so they can run their own countries and not be able to blame their backwardness on foreigners. 2) Allow their products to enter our countries without custom duties.
The careful nurture of the refugee problem by other Arab countries may be a fact but that has nothing to do with the problem created by the UK/UN in handing over Arab territory. I can't imagine the U.S. public being willing forever to sacrifice for the preservation of the state of Israel. Jews can emigrate from there if they wish. Meanwhile, as I said, the despicable bin Laden chuckles.
