Beats me. I guess the current theory is that cash is becoming far less attractive and therefore money will flow into stocks..which is fine except that stocks have become expensive again relative to earnings, so the risk premium is higher. I'm taking a more neutral stance. I'm shorting some dogs and going long some value. I'm trying to stay in the NYSE as much as possible because things move a tad slower, are a bit more liquid, and I have some time to think.
