Is a house-cleaning likely? The answer is contained in the name on the front of the CIA HQ building: "George Bush CIA Building" Any improvement is likely to have to be forced from outside by military, ex-agents and concerned individual citizens. What do we get for our $30 billion investment last year? About $100 billion in damage and a lot of distrust.
