Hi Jim, No - I'm not talking about the uneducated repressed ignorant poor. I'm talking about the 10,000 or so who are members of the "lucky gene pool". They don't want a life in a tent with twenty camels and 3 wives. They want the western life style and investments. Their wealth is vast -but finite. The temptation to squander wealth when you're lucky and didn't go with out - to get it - is more the norm. Their homeland is harsh and has expenses we don't see. They must be frugile in the middle of great wealth, to assure that they don't repeat the history lessons of Spain. Huge wealth - big bills and little left over to show for it. Squandered!! They must not only join the west -They must be sharp - or it will be finite or better yet be diminished by competition.This competition will come on stream ANYTIME their greed gets carried away.
