Nutty one, Yes, this is the trend started by the shortages of the P-4 and the problems with the i845 causing a shift to buy AMD parts and mobos.

Few people realize that when OEMs are short of CPUs the SD shops are totally starved. In order to stay in business they shift rheir production to AMD....only game in town.
After the P-04 shortage is over many thoudands of SD shops will have made and sold AMD based systems and will like the results.
No,
there have been no fires, nor will there be any.

A positive sign for AMD and a negative one for Intel.
