Don't think you've noticed it, but the bad guys are scooping us in the press, nationally and internationally, and I think one of the reasons is because we are releasing so little info of our own. The world only hears of us bombing the hell out a an impoverished bunch of civilians while the Pentagon chooses to put a lid on any military news that might prove otherwise. The Taliban is taking journalists from around the world on "guided " tours of the war damage while the nation with the best electronics in world provides little to give us a sense of progress and boost our morale.

Incidentally, in my opinion, the best coverage in the country is coming from the NYTimes in a special section they have created since 911 called "A Nation Challenged"....contains details of anything and everything related to the 911 massacre and the ensuing events.
