They represent themselves, and the government, it is becoming increasingly clear, by any measure you want to name, taxation, foreign aid, etc etc. Unfortunately, only a taxpayer-led revolt of some kind will get some action. We citizens pay for the games being played, and provide the blood for battles, it's time to make some changes.
