ENE is interesting, isn't it? Shell is rumored to be working on an $11 billion bid for the company, which would price the shares at about $14.75/share, but the stock is locked in the $11s.

There's little that can damage a stock like "accounting irregularities," unless it's "self-dealing accounting irregularities," and the damage can be pernicious.

In any event, this one still looks like a stock for the true gamblers, who are legion, so it won't be ignored.

If it weren't for the self dealing allegations and the high profile SEC investigation, the chart might be indicating a turn back up to the 17-18 range:
