"Might I at least suggest that, in the event of a lifetime ban, the technique of routinely posting links to Paul's increasing rare on this thread significant contributions on the Intel thread be used by some reasonably responsible poster, such as Tench."

Why don't you go and enjoy their "significant contributions"
directly on Intel thread? What prevents you from doing so?

"..such as Hammer or perhaps Barton being officially announced is reached. Actually, some other milestone, such as Intel actually shipping either a mobile P4 or Banias would be better, since AMD's potential failure to ship the target processor would result in a permanent ban, which would be unfair to Paul with his negativity with regards to AMD, which would in this case be justified."

Excuse me? How possibly all these "milestones" are related
to the topic of Paul's outrageous and disrespectful behaviour? Even if he is thousand times right with regard
to some milestone, so what?
There is nothing "unfair" with regard to Paul. His
blatant hate and disrespect of AMD supporters
has no justification. The thread should be freed from
the terrorist-like behavior of Paul.

That may effectively be a lifetime ban !

Dale,

would prefer that Paul be banned until some milestone, such as Hammer or perhaps Barton being officially announced is reached.

That long <g>

I think the double length of the last suspension would be an appropriate time, if that was an option, which it is not.

Dale, you make me laugh sometimes. There are a few people that post ad nauseum here that have, to me, never contributed anything. Their continuing presence is not questioned however. The "Get out of Jail Free" pass that goes with the AMD backer status (unless they go way over the line) makes some think they walk on water or something.
