I thought about selling it today and still thinking of it, but I wouldn't sell it here with the intention of a few bucks down side(not worth the upside potential break out, IMO).

If I sell it, I would be looking for at least $5 and more likely at least a retest of the lows.

As much as I want to sell something, I'm going to have to wait until after CSCO and the Fed. And if I were to get more industry specific, wait until after QCOM reports tomorrow as well. That leaves me Wednesday at the earliest. Damn, gonna feel like an eternity.

Think I'm gonna go down to the municipal District Justices' office and pay this stupid fine I got for $25 la week or two ago.

Cited for "Driving at a safe speed", I shit you not. But since I went off the road it becomes a subjective citation now.

Anyhow, A $25 fine turns into a $101 total Due

Fine Costs Other Total Due
$25.00 $34.50 $41.50 $101.00

Go freaking figure. I can plead not guilty which lose costs me an additional $6.
I'll likely lose- for whatever reason(s), I give myself less than 5% chance of wining, just because. So fark it. I'll spend the six bucks at my favorite hole in the wall and support my community.
