Here is a quote from BMW's link on page 29 (1-7) first bullet.

"It uses a deeply pipelined design to enable high clock rates with different parts of the chip running at different clock rates, some faster and some slower than the nominally-quoted clock frequency of the processor."

"some faster and some slower" they just don't tell you which ones are slower.
