That's sure to cause a stir. But the realities (IMO) of the religion of islam is that it is a sham. It is the call to arms and hate under the facade of religion. IMO-The reason it was able to go on for so long is because of the tolerancy of the freeworld, and their ignorance of what it was all about. Tolerancy in the fact that most freeworlders don't care about other's method of worship, and we all just figured what the heck, this is just another way to worship God, and gee, it must be okay, look at how many of them there are. But somewhere along the line they became insane. I don't know when, maybe they were always insane, and we just didn't understand it. After all the crusades where a long time ago, and all we're really taught about them in school is that King Arthur and His Merry Men went off looking for the Holy Grail, and decided to kill a bunch of them, but got their ass whipped off and on. Then we all went home, and became pirates.
