BE, You say I say things that I never said YOu know, I felt as if you did the very same thing to me earlier today when I mentioned that the source of your posted article was spurious. Instead of either explaining to me why you thought it had some validity, or even admitting (as you later did) that it was from a sensationalist rag, you tried to imply that I lived in a cave if I didn't believe the Taliban abused women, which had nothing to do with anything, and which I certainly didn't say (nor do I believe). I want to go on record as the conservative female I am. My dear friends here accept my more hawkish ways and love me anyway, as I do them. However, I find any use of articles from either side that are discriminatory in their choice of facts, inflammatory in their use of language, and derogatory of others in their comments, to deserve a big old Bronx Cheer. ANd let's face it, Princess Di and Michael J. exchanging seething glances? Now maybe Michael J and OBL.... OH, it's all too Hegelian for me.
