Is the Fed capable of learning from its mistakes?

I vote no. Instead of talking about how the FED will try to stay away from constantly raising and lowering interest rates, AG has openly discussed how they will refine their theories of how the economy works by adding into the calculations the appreciation of real estate values. In other words they accept no blame for what has happened and will continue to constantly tweak the economy.
