How could they charge him with only misdemeanors and let him go on bond? This really points out the need to disseminate the new anti-terrorist law and train prosecutors, judges, law enforcement and security personnel across the nation in the new law and coordinate with the FBI.

In another report I heard that the security firm involved here had just settled with the justice department over security failings which the firm claimed were only misunderstandings. Hope they hurry up in changing out the airport screeners to well-qualified law enforcement personnel.
