It's long past time to launch a national campaign to advance civic education -- to teach kids what they need to know about our government and to counter the NEA's Leftist agenda. Operation Enduring Patriotism has an excellent draft statute for state legislatures to require the teaching of the history, meaning, effect and significance of every provision of the Declaration of Independence, the Constitution of the United States of America and each state's constitution. I don't hate GWB. He's just an inarticulate Texan who's in over his head as the leader of the free world. Frankly, I'm tired of hearing about how Boy George has restored dignity, integrity, etc. I'd rather have a president with some sexual faults who's on top of the economy than some stooge who likes getting his strings pulled by the Tom DeLays of the world. Could there possibly be a relationship to GWB's past and his attempt to have his father's presidential papers sealed up like King Tut's tomb? Enquiring minds want to know.
