Boston, Nov 05, 2001 (MidnightTrader via COMTEX) Siebel Systems (SEBL) is surging 20 percent higher today on 5.3 million Island shares following the company's upbeat sales outlook at a Goldman Sachs closed door investor conference this morning. Bloomberg wire service is reporting today the company's CEO Tom Siebel said sales are returning to normal levels following a falloff after the Sept. 11 attacks.
