Christ's message was clear and didn't advocate vengeance or war. What is happening in Afghanistan is not through the grace of God. Religious leaders have done a terrible job of nurturing men to the Lord. I can well imagine that it is time for the phony Christians to be exposed for the hypocrits they truly are. I think that GWB really believes that God called him forth for a purpose in this terrorism thing, and consequetly he is not going to want to see it end. He strikes me as the kind of shallow thinker that wants to see every problem in his administration distilled through the lens of a single problem. Our country is fortunate that we didn't have a President like him when we fought nations like Germany and Japan who had a real chance of beating us. TP
