Hi Dave, Mark, Wolf, Thanks for the congratulations on getting the timing of the draw right. However, I don't feel sufficiently gratified by that prediction. I feel shame that I missed the total draw value by $500k. I'm going to have to go back and revisit my calculations on how I arrived at $2 million. I think Rebecca changed the total amount of the draw, after she read my post on Friday, just to frustrate the hell out of me :-) Arrrrggggghhhhh ! Oh well, even the rocket scientist brain trust at NASA crashed a billion dollar probe on Mars because they calculated the physics in kilometers and programmed the thing in miles. Ok, now I feel better remembering that! "Was there any break between the last 2 draw down periods ? It seems like they just announced one a few weeks ago." There was a 5 day gap between this draw and the last. joe
