HG...Hmmm. I uh...Can't quite...Ah HG (smile). Good to hear from you again. I always did enjoy your writing. It is always thoughtful. Let's take what you have said about freedom and responsiblity one step further. What would it take for you to pick up the sword to battle against an enemy. I ask myself these questions and sept 11th qualifies, grudgingly and not as an endeavor undertaken lightly or without understanding the consequences. For Bin Laden and his followers they have also come to that point. Perhaps they are wrong and are making their choices using an under developed psyche. I think their is probably a middle ground where on some issues they are right and others they are wrong. This point also begs the issue of an Appropriate Response, which may take us back around to the under developed psyche. I am hoping to hear about what is driving Bin Laden so I can make up my own mind about his psyche and his motivations and our part in the current history of the world.
