Retard? That's a friendly tone to take. You know, there'll never be peace in the world if you don't stop being so reactionary. I'm tired of you taking offence so quickly. It's a little backward on your part to think that the proposed treaty ultimately would have allowed Saddam to inspect United States pharmaceutical factories or England or wherever. It's a non-argument, or a face-saving argument in response to honorable Bush Jr. who was snubbing (don't ask me to pull up the NYT, USA Today, The Economist, etc. to show you that is the world's general view) "retarded" world leaders who were attempting to create a convention to control biological weapons. If you choose to be a naive name-caller and look to make argument for argument's sake, your just a position-taker and not really a thinking person or being fair and honorable, for that matter.
