Hi RR! I tried.....in pajamas and robe alone I thought but "NO"......neighbor walking dog and it comes running at me barking :-).......anyway the neighbor and I tried but it is overcast here, couldn't find it.

Another disadvantage of living in Alabama. Can't see the northern lights. Just kidding!!!.....lot worse places and I am actually starting to like it here. At least the folks are nice......

Glad you got to enjoy it. You always think of us, we love ya for that.

Thanks,
dealie

RR: Glad you saw the Aurora Borealis tonight. . . I read on another thread that it was 'like watching a ballet in the heavens.' <G>...

Aurora

Can't believe I missed that. Took Julie out once last night. I usually look up to check star/planet positions. Didn't see anything last night. Last time we had a good one, which was last winter, it was fantastic here (SD). Entire sky was full of it with all shades of red, green, blue, yellow, silver. There is a site that keeps tract of Aurora. It is easy to predict expected aurora. Comes in a couple days after a good sunspot eruption.

<Rare thing happening. Aurora borealis (northern lights) is visible in Arkansas>

Ric...wouldn't have missed it for a herd of elephants, but a fate would have it, I'm visiting my son in Dallas. Damn!
