thanks for the article link. i would mention, for those like me that want to keep a bit on top of geopolitical issues without a huge time commitment, i have enjoyed the subscription service at stratfor.com. it's like 79 bucks for a year and i think presents some good info. considering what i have paid for financial info in the past, i consider it a bargain.
