Trivial. It is done every day, and it doesn't really matter too much whose technology you use to do it, as long as you are not led down the Microsoft primrose path <grin>.

This thread strikes me as the "looking backward into the halcyon days of the late 90s". Just an observation, I don't come here often.

The only company I can come up with that really has had its fortunes changed based on defense spending is SGI (silicon graphics). They own cray and have a piece of that fighter contract. The people there are pretty upbeat after being left for dead a while ago.

As far as killer apps - there really isn't anything in software coming along (enterprise software). Thats why I'm going to the other stocks in comm etc. I learn about here. I like movies over the web that people are playing at parties now, and that voIP stuff.
