Hmmmm, there is more room for upside. I'm noticing the Rydex gang seems more bullish on tech than the SPX. I find it amazing how Nova/Ursa keep slipping in and out of inversions while the OTC/Arktos relationship reflects a far stronger bull sentiment. Actually a similar relationship exists in the Dynamic series. This jibes with what we see from the COTS too.

The bull/bear ratio closer to an extreme in tech.
