Good point. However, one problem with the recovery might be that businesses & consumers might be waiting for that last cut before they refinance or take on loans because they want to lock in the lowest possible rate. If business & consumers think that the Fed will cut again later, they might keep on waiting, thus delaying the recovery once again. Perhaps it's time the Fed makes it's last cut (50 BP's would be nice) & have them use language that indicates they are done cutting rates for now.
