Just speculating on Gurung's future within our legal system. He may be harmless.

Randall Samborn, spokesman for the U.S. Attorney in Chicago, said the investigation so far does not ``reveal any illicit, nefarious purpose'' to his travel.

He also discounted published reports that Gurung may have lived at one time in an apartment building where another man arrested after the Sept. 11 attacks had once lived.
