McMoron - Re: "How many Gateways is anybody buying?" Last quarter, Gateway shipped 896,000 units. That could have been 11% of AMD's total CPU sales - had AMD obtained 100% of gateway's business ! They predict that this quarter (Q4) will see sequential unit growth. Now, let me put it in simple turns that a Paniced AMDroid such as yourself can understand. Intel will SELL over 896,000 Pentium 3/4/Celerons to Gateway this quarter - and AMD will ship ZERO - NADA - ZILCH ! AMD blows an opportunity for 11% CPU unit growth !!! Intel - gets it all - helping Intel's market share GROWTH ! Paul
