Yes, their earnings were of course pro-forma but that is what the analysts projections were based on, so even if you exclude the interest income they at least met expectations. But more importantly was the sequential rise in rev's which was better than expected, so it has to be looked at as a somewhat positive report. Of course that doesn't mean it's attractive valuation wise.
