JQP Free money? No the shucksters will earn their money by convincing people to buy tech stocks from them that are now a bargain because putting money in a savings account is really foolish with rates so low.

In a year 2% saving rates is still money in the bank. CSCO would actually have to earn some money in order achieve a 2% gain. CSCO and others could easily trade at half of today's values if people decided a PE of 20 on real earnings was all they would pay.

These low rates may be the last big opportunity for the fast money to fleece the average investor, before the house of cards collapses.
