Cisco Systems (CSCO) 17.90: -- Update -- Lehman upgrades to STRONG BUY from Buy and increases price target to $23 from $20. Other price target increases come from CSFB: $23 from $18, and Robertson Stephens: $11 from $7.50.

It appears we may stay below the 1815-1820 level for today.

Thankfully, although we have to see the initial response to the Fed. I am not sure what happened. I left home and Nasdaq futures were up over 10. I got into the office and they are down 3.

NDX futures peaked after market close a little above 1500. Currently 1489.
Looks like we flatline to slightly up until 2:15. What's your guesstimate of market's reaction to FOMC. I'm clueless beyond thinking minor correction seems logical but market usually isn't.
