Another point is that chambers may believe that gorilla companies like cisco will appreciate more in this environment that the smaller ones, which may not go up much in the first round, making them better buys. While this is going on as you say, cisco probably will be making determination on who to buy as the situation clarifies itself. mike

PS How is the search going for el quaida terrorists in the phillipines. I have a better feeling about the war now that pakistan and indonesia have held up well. Many folks may envy the US and even take some delight in our travail but few are willing to believe that a world without he US will be a better place. bin Laden's last attack on kofi, the un and all arab leaders had an air of desperation about it. His side is being pounded and i am certain he expected revolution in pakistan and other moslem countries.
