I'll say we print a marginal high (vis a vis) here shortly and then fade. That would be you're 'b' top and would allow the S&P to climb some in its pattern -- I think it needs to.

I'm in the weeds still. I promised myself I wouldn't bother with this jello. It whipped me around at the end of last week and I won't let that happen again without a fight.

If Fed Cuts .50 Federal Funds Would Be 2%

A rate last seen about 40 years ago in 1961.

Does anyone know what the lowest Federal Funds has ever been and when that was?

For extra credit: If the Fed does cut by .50 how much more in total will they be able to cut if the economy still continues to flounder.
