BWAC---I have a strong suspicion we may get a major buying opportunity in domestic oil stocks in the months ahead. The poor judgement and selling frenzy like 1998, is starting--starting underlined. We have brent below $20 and talk about Russian production increases. May take a while to play out, but that entry point could produce an eventual longer term play, with better potential than technology. Time will tell, but I find it interesting....now that I am hearing about the glut in oil, decreased opec production and increased Russian Oil output, as the commodity price continues to fall. OXY and XOM might be great for dividend and cap gains and APA for a capital gains play.I would love to see it play out as in 1998. Any thoughts?
