TEIM... posted DD on this three weeks or so ago... Message 16549854 CEO, Brian Brick supposed to be in China last week and maybe still there... I tried to call but had to leave message. It is important to see that this is a MERGER not an acquisition. TEIM will become Alpha Spacecom. Next announcement which could come at any time is the details of a major player in the US Space/Defense investing money into Alpha Spacecom... this according to sources close to the companies involved. Alpha Spacecom will launch the satellites for China to provide for TV, radio and various other media... This is significant: Industry sources estimate that there are currently 320,000,000 television sets operating throughout the Chinese mainland with over 90,000,000 household cable connection. Finally, I do not post DD on stocks that will spike, this one has been under accumulation since July. Something must be going on. No, this stock will not "rock" today or tomorrow like many people like them to do. I prefer stocks that get accumulated over a period of time then the lid comes off somewhere down the line... I am long on TEIM at .12 and have been for 3 weeks or so. There is no known paid promo going on and all my shares were bought in the open market. This is not a buy rec on TEIM. Do your own DD... pick up a phone and call... check the news and filings etc. Tom
