Arnie: just joined the discussion. having a bad hair evening.
1. I sent an email to IR, as per the company web site's list of addresses; I used <investor.rel@biolase.com>.
It came back - error.
I then sent a request for a new/correct address, but I took a short cut, using the Yahoo Profile, which showed a corporate email address of <dentists@biolase.com>> That address also 'bounced'. Can you help?
2. Doing DD. Noted that BLTI issued 36,600 penny share and 100,000 warrants (@$2) to GEM, for guaranteeing the 2.5mill. bank line of credit. Do you know, is GEM a related party, nothing disclosed on the financials.
3. his deal where 9 million shares changed hands on August 2001. Can you direct me to a post or poster on this thread who researched this rather weird event? TIA. Fox.
