Sorry, AA, can't really remember, and don't seem to have anything handy to check it out...3% pops into my mind, but can't be sure....Assume you're referring to the War Bonds sold to the general public...later called Saving Bonds. I had them... we used to buy stamps, and when the book was full, take it to the Bank and get a big $10 bond. BTW.. do remember my first mortgage...1948, $10,000, 30 years, 3 3/4%!!!!
