Nope, then we get into pro forma rate cuts... theoretically I'm sure we can go at least -100 basis points, maybe more? Just because it's never been done doesn't mean it can't happen.<g> GDP may even hit .02 by New Year! I'm sure CSCO will make at least .16 next year!

Patron, after rates hit zero the Fed will suggest mandatory minimum consumption laws - all home owners must take home equity loans and spend or face tax penalties . In addition there should be a tax on excessive savings .-g- Mike
