JRI and Allan, you're both right about waiting

to see what happens from here in the next few hours or days.

I guess I was disappointed because on past FOMC dates if amount of the cut was already priced in, then the market would fall almost immediately. That's why over the weekend I said that I thought only a 75 BP cut would cause a rally because I knew that amount wasn't priced in. Nevertheless I was a little overconfident about today's post-announcement action, and thus a little dismayed.

I'm not beat up too badly on my shorts, however, so I guess I'll wait a while to see if the news is sold more tomorrow morning. Futures are already falling as I type.
